I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I use a Systemic Lens, which means I look at how all of your relationships affect you.
"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom" - Viktor E. Frankl.
Beginning therapy can be very challenging. It can also be very rewarding and transformative. I honour and respect those of you who reach out and ask for help. It takes courage to embark on the path of self-discovery but you don't have to do it alone. I will travel the path with you, listening, supporting and challenging you as you begin to discover your own wisdom and strength.
I believe people can change when they ask for help getting unstuck. With empathy, honesty and sometimes humour, my aim is to assist you in transforming your life and your relationships. The rewards for the hard work of therapy can be surprising. The journey often feels like coming home to yourself.
